All Oliver's Craft products have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship are covered. We arrange repair or replacement at no cost, and shipping for valid warranty claims is generally covered by us.
The warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental damage, improper assembly, unauthorised modification, rust or corrosion caused by poor care or harsh weather exposure, or normal wear and tear.
Proof of purchase is required. The warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser; an authorised dealer sales slip is also valid. Contact support with the product details and photos. We assess eligibility and arrange a repair, replacement part or unit exchange. Where the 30-day advertised-performance guarantee applies, the outcome is a full money-back refund under our Refunds and Returns policy.
Oliver's Craft continues to assist with servicing, wear-and-tear spare parts, fitting guidance and long-term product support after the warranty period.
