Tell us what is going where. KALM prices it live, books the collection, prepares the paperwork, and keeps you and the person receiving it up to date. You deal with one place instead of a delivery company, a customs form and a tracking website.
How a price is worked out
It shows you its working
When more than one place can send an item, KALM checks each of them against the destination and picks the one that arrives soonest for the lowest price — per item, not per order. A customer sees one checkout; behind it, each item leaves from wherever it makes the most sense.
That is the part most delivery tools hide. We would rather you could see it.

The things people ask first
- Do I need an account to send something?
- No. Answer a short set of questions about what you are sending and where it is going, see the price, pay, and get your label and paperwork. Nothing is saved unless you ask us to save it.
- Who actually carries my delivery?
- FedEx carries air and road deliveries between countries. CourierIT carries road deliveries inside South Africa. Sea freight with Maersk opens on 15 August 2026 and cannot be priced or booked before then.
- Where can KALM send to?
- Any address to any address. We have our own negotiated pricing inside and out of the United Kingdom and South Africa. Everywhere else is still priced live from a real delivery price for your exact collection, destination and package, and may come back higher than a negotiated route.
- Who pays the import charges?
- You choose. When a delivery crosses a border you decide whether the sender or the receiver pays the import charges, and you see that choice before you pay for the delivery.
- How do I track a delivery?
- Enter your waybill or KALM reference on the tracking page. You will see where the delivery is now and what happens next, without signing in.
