Our story was born not in a boardroom, but in the fires of necessity. In 2015, our founder, David Oliver, started with a humble food stall in Stellenbosch. But after an accident forced a pause in that dream, resilience took over. He returned with a "dark kitchen" concept in 2016, chasing the perfect pizza.

But he hit a wall. The professional equipment available was either extortionately priced or underwhelming in performance. He realized that to cook the best, he had to build the best.

So, he swapped the apron for the welding torch. He spent two years refining airflow, torque, and thermal dynamics. The result was a machine that bridged the gap between the backyard enthusiast and the professional pizzaiolo.

Today, Oliver’s Craft strives for the "Ferrari" standard of the culinary world. Whether it is the rolling flame of our Inferno series or the 800-degree precision of our Char Grills, every unit is designed in South Africa and assembled with an obsession for detail.
