Oliver's Craft products are built to last. We provide a standard 1-Year Warranty on all our products.

For one year from the date of purchase, your Oliver's Craft appliance is protected against manufacturing defects. If any component fails or malfunctions under normal use due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace that part (or the whole unit if necessary) at no cost to you.

Our warranty assumes the product is used as intended and maintained with reasonable care. Damage due to misuse, abuse, or neglect is not covered. We cover problems that are our fault (manufacturing defects), not those arising from mishandling or improper use.

If a product rusts or corrodes due to lack of cleaning or harsh weather exposure, that is considered normal wear and tear or neglect and is the buyer's responsibility. We advise keeping equipment clean and covered when not in use, especially if stored outside.

If you believe you have a defect, contact our support team promptly. We may ask for details and photos. For valid warranty claims we will arrange repair or replacement and generally cover shipping costs. We will work with you to make the process as convenient as possible.

Keep your receipt or order confirmation as proof of purchase date. Our warranty is in effect from that date. Warranty is typically non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser.

Even after one year we stand by our products. If you have an issue outside the warranty period, please still contact us. We can often provide repairs or replacement parts at a reasonable cost.
