Cross-border delivery can involve customs clearance, destination-country duties, taxes and carrier handling steps outside Oliver's Craft's direct control. Any import charge shown or identified as payable by the recipient remains the recipient's responsibility unless Oliver's Craft confirms otherwise in writing.
If a non-defective cancellation is requested after payment capture and third-party delivery services have already been booked or committed, those logistics costs remain payable by the customer. Any refund outcome in that situation is handled under our Refunds and Returns policy.
