Oliver's Craft supports self-serve checkout for the regions below. Delivery pricing is calculated at checkout from order volume, destination, and ship-from origin, then confirmed before dispatch if stock origin or shipment structure changes.
- **South Africa:** next business day dispatch, delivery 2-4 working days after dispatch, import charges not applicable. - **Africa and Mauritius:** next Monday dispatch, delivery 30-35 calendar days after dispatch, import charges payable by the recipient. - **United Kingdom:** next Monday dispatch, delivery 2-4 working days after dispatch, import charges not applicable. - **Europe:** next Monday dispatch, delivery 5-10 working days after dispatch, import charges payable by the recipient. - **United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Russia, Middle East, Latin America, and Asia Pacific:** next Monday dispatch, delivery 30-35 calendar days after dispatch, import charges payable by the recipient. - **Italy-origin products to the UK and Europe:** estimated dispatch in 5-10 business days, delivery 5-10 working days after dispatch, import charges not applicable. - **Italy-origin products to South Africa, Africa, Mauritius, and long-haul regions:** estimated dispatch in 5-10 business days, delivery 30-35 calendar days after dispatch, import charges payable by the recipient. - Orders with more than one origin may arrive in separate deliveries, each with its own dispatch and delivery window.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, timing starts once the item is available and the order is ready for dispatch.

Dispatch, Signature, and Site Readiness
Deliveries are fulfilled through trusted delivery partners. Signature on delivery may be required. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details, a reachable contact number, and safe access for unloading or handover. If special handling is required, it must be disclosed before dispatch so our team can confirm what is possible.
Customs, Duties, and Timing
Cross-border deliveries can involve customs clearance, destination-country duties, taxes, and handling steps outside Oliver's Craft's direct control. Estimated windows are provided in good faith and are not guarantees unless explicitly confirmed in writing.
Shipping Commitments and Non-Defective Cancellations
If a non-defective cancellation is requested after payment capture and third-party delivery services have already been booked or committed, those logistics costs remain payable by the customer. Any refund outcome in that situation is handled under our Refunds and Returns policy.
