Air, road and sea freight options are available through checkout. Checkout shows the delivery price, dispatch state and ETA for your exact basket and address. Orders route through the suitable stocked network origin. The checkout result is the current authority for delivery availability, price and timing.
The dispatch state shown at checkout is updated as the order moves through preparation and carrier handover. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details, a reachable contact number and safe access for unloading or handover. Signature or special handling may be required where the selected service calls for it.
UK orders include 20% VAT. Every delivery outside the UK is sent with no VAT charged. The recipient pays any import duties and taxes on delivery.

If a non-defective cancellation is requested after payment capture and third-party delivery services have already been booked or committed, those logistics costs remain payable by the customer. Any refund outcome in that situation is handled under our Refunds and Returns policy.
