Warranty

1-year warranty on all Oliver's Craft products from date of purchase.

Covered: Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. Repair or replacement at no cost. Shipping for valid claims is generally covered by us.

30-day advertised performance guarantee: If a product does not perform in line with the output capability or core performance claims we advertise for that product, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will review setup and usage with you directly. If the product still does not meet the advertised performance after reasonable checks, Oliver's Craft will provide a full money-back refund under our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Not covered: Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidental drop or improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, rust or corrosion from poor care or harsh weather exposure, or normal wear and tear.

Proof of purchase required (receipt or order confirmation). Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser. Authorized dealer sales slips are also valid.

Claim: Contact support with details and photos. We assess eligibility and arrange repair, replacement part, unit exchange, or where the 30-day advertised performance guarantee applies, a full money-back refund. Shipping costs for valid warranty claims are generally covered by us.

After the warranty: Oliver's Craft continues to assist with servicing, wear-and-tear spare parts, fitting guidance, and long-term product support directly through our team.
