The internal cooking area in Oliver's Craft pizza oven is lined with high-grade Firebricks which retains the heat generated by the flames to give a perfectly crispy pizza base every time.

Between the cooking chamber and the roof of the oven, as well as below the cooking surface they are heavily insulated with high-grade ceramic fiber. This exceptional level of insulation means that slow cooking is achievable with ease and for prolonged periods in the oven.

Warranty & Returns
RETURNS
We will happily accept a return or exchange if the purchased item is defective. If you receive a defective item, please
contact us with details of the product and the defect within 2 days from the date of delivery. Upon receipt of the
returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are
entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. Any shipping costs in regard to a return or exchange will
be at the expense of the customer in the case of the product not being classified as defective. If you are entitled to a
replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of
payment. We pride ourselves on making sure that every product that leaves our shop is in 100% working order,
therefore we will never send out a product that is not approved by our quality inspection team.
WARRANTY
We offer a 2-year warranty on all faulty Pizza Oven components that are not due to the buyer damaging the components.
If ovens start to rust due to lack of cleanliness and harsh weather conditions it will be on the buyer's account to pay for
the replacements.
