Orders, Product Information, and Availability

We aim to keep product information, pricing, specifications, lead times, and availability accurate and current. However, errors, omissions, or delays can occur. We reserve the right to correct information, update listings, refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders where necessary, including where pricing, availability, delivery, or product information has been published incorrectly.

Payment, Order Acceptance, and Fulfilment Commitments

Submitting payment does not override our right to review, accept, decline, or cancel an order where fraud, compliance, pricing, delivery, stock, or operational issues arise. Once payment has been captured and third-party services have been engaged for your order, external costs may already have been incurred to fulfil that order.

Non-Defective Cancellations and Refunds

If a customer requests cancellation or refund after payment has been captured for a non-defective order, the customer remains liable for third-party costs already incurred for that order. These can include committed outbound courier or export charges, any required return courier charges, and payment processing fees (typically 5-10%, depending on provider and payment method). These costs are charged by third parties to facilitate the customer's order and are not absorbed by Oliver's Craft. The exact refund treatment in those cases is governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy.

Delivery, Export, and Cross-Border Orders

Delivery timing depends on stock position, dispatch timing, customs handling, and destination-country processing. Transit estimates are provided in good faith but are not guarantees unless explicitly agreed in writing. Cross-border orders may also involve duties, taxes, customs formalities, destination handling, and delivery constraints outside our direct control.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information, and to ensure that the delivery location is safely accessible where required. You must use the website and our products only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

Third-Party Services and Payment Providers

We may rely on third-party payment processors, couriers, delivery partners, and service providers to process or fulfil orders. We are not responsible for third-party systems, delays, interruptions, or fees beyond what is required by law or expressly stated in our policies.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oliver's Craft and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, suppliers, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website, the purchase of products, or the use of third-party services connected to an order.
