Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 2 business days from the date of delivery. To initiate a return for a defective product, simply reach out to our support team with details of the product and the defect. We will guide you through the return process.

General Returns (Buyer's Remorse)
If you wish to return a product for reasons other than it being defective (e.g., buyer's remorse), you are also welcome to do so within 2 workings days from the date of delivery.

Return Details

Time Frame: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, whether it's for a defective product or general returns (buyer's remorse).

Return Method: The return process is hassle-free. Contact our customer support team, and they will guide you on the steps to return the product.

Return Fees: If the product is classified as defective, we cover the return shipping costs. In cases of general returns (buyer's remorse), return shipping fees will be at the expense of the customer.

Refund or Replacement
If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment. We take pride in ensuring that every product leaving our shop meets our stringent quality standards. Rest assured that we will never send out a product that is not approved by our quality inspection team.
