The sugar grinder is a machine for the production of icing sugar, ideal for pastries and confectionery production. Machine built entirely in stainless steel. The sugar charging hopper and the sieve’s internal filter guarantee the maximum hygiene while working the product. The machine’s body is mounted over a capacious stainless steel basin, for sugar collection, that has been designed for facilitating the extraction of sugar and for preventing the deposit of product’s waste. It is washable. Main transmission through belt. Low-tension electrical plant, accordingly to European Community rules.
