Return Window
- You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason (defective items or buyer’s remorse).
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team by phone or email within 2 days of delivery.
- Provide your order details and reason for return.
- We’ll guide you through the steps and provide any needed instructions or return labels.
Return Shipping Fees
- Defective or damaged items (not customer’s fault): Oliver’s Craft covers return shipping.
- Non-defective items (buyer’s remorse/general return): Customer pays return shipping.
- We can help arrange courier pickup or you may use your own shipping method.
Condition of Returns
- Return products in original condition with all accessories, if possible.
- For faulty items, do not attempt repairs.
- For non-defective returns, items should be unused and well-packed to avoid transit damage.
Refunds and Replacements
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:
- Send a replacement at no extra cost, or
- Issue a refund of the full purchase price to your original payment method.
- Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank.
